In out design & manufacturing center, sufficient equipment are available, to ensure the product we design are premier tier in the industrial. we are also IATF-16949, VDA6.3 certificated. All product are manufactured following automotive grade requirement.

DESIGN

Optical, Mechanical, Electronics are three main aspects need be considered during design phase. The lab and test instructments ensure all design details will be verified and validated. Optical design: Beam pattern test plat in lab. Gonio meter with dark room is well established.

 Mechanical design:

After design and simulation in computer, actual performance must be measured based on real sample. With in-house CNC machine, quick sampling and validation is feasible.

Electronics design：

Electronics design it to meet requirement of ① Product can work normally  and comply with specifications ② Under extreme environments, product can work normally or partially function loss.  The extreme conditions including but not limited to: High/Low temperature, High humidity, High/Low voltage, Vibration. we have full set of equipment to get the simulation and validation done in house    

Manufacturing

All process comply with IATF-16949, which is most strict requirement in the industrial. From CNC, to SMT, then assembly all  finished in our automatic and modern line.     For more manufacturing details, please refer to video below.
